Approve the following changes to the January – June 2018 Community and Economic Development (CED) Committee Work Plan:

1. Drop the following items from the June 25, 2018 CED Committee Workplan and direct the Administration to instead place the item on the August – December 2018 CED Committee Work Plan that will be subject to Rules and Open Government Committee final approval at a later date:

a. Downtown Airspace and Development Capacity Progress Report. (Economic Development/Airport)

Purpose:  Update the Committee on work regarding Downtown airspace and development capacity with regard to One-Engine Inoperative procedures at San Jose Mineta International Airport.

b. Small Project Inclusionary Housing. (Housing)

Purpose:  Provide recommendations on the design of the structure of an inclusionary housing program imposed on new developments with three to nineteen homes.
