Approval of Community Events Sponsored By Council District 3 as a City Council Sponsored Special Event to Expend City Funds and Accept Donations of Materials and Services for the Event.

As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on June 13, 2018:
1. Approve the following District 3 events as City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.
a. Canada Day Flag Raising and Reception on June 22, 2018.
b. Retroactively approve the Picnic with Peralez on June 10, 2018.
2. Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.
