Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Third Amendment to the Agreement for the Purchase of Online Bid Notification and Vendor Management System with Periscope Holdings (Austin, TX), formerly RFP Depot LLC dba BidSync, to add an additional one-year option for a total of ten options to extend the term through June 30, 2019 and to increase compensation by $40,000 for FY 18-19 for a total maximum contract compensation of $490,000, subject to the appropriation of funds.
