Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
a. Negotiate and execute a third amendment to the current Agreement with Squire Patton Boggs LLP for legislative representation services in Washington, D.C. to extend the term for one year for the period July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, in an amount not to exceed $178,000, subject to the appropriations of funds; and
b. Exercise an Option to Extend the Agreement for an additional one-year term from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $178,000, for a total contract amount of $815,600, subject to the appropriation of funds.
