Adopt a resolution:
a. Approving the Willow Glen Community Benefit and Improvement District Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 as filed or modified by Council;
b. Confirming the individual assessments as proposed, or modified by Council; and
c. Directing the Director of Public Works to deliver the assessment roll to the County for collection with the property taxes.
