...Recommendations

(a)                     City Council adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the negotiation, execution, and delivery of a Second Amendment to the Continuing Covenant Agreement with U.S. Bank National Association relating to the City of San José Financing Authority Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2008C (Hayes Mansion Refunding Project) and the City of San José Financing Authority Taxable Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2008D (Hayes Mansion Refunding Project), and authorizing other related actions.
(b)
                     City of San José Financing Board adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the negotiation, execution, and delivery of a Second Amendment to the Continuing Covenant Agreement with U.S. Bank National Association relating to the City of San José Financing Authority Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2008C (Hayes Mansion Refunding Project) and the City of San José Financing Authority Taxable Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2008D (Hayes Mansion Refunding Project), approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Fourth Amendment to the Amended and Restated Indenture of Trust, and authorizing other related actions.
