(a) Approve the Cooperative Agreement with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for the US 101/Blossom Hill Road Interchange Improvement Project for the Plans, Specifications, and Estimate and Right of Way phases.
(b) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute future amendments to modify the scope of the agreement as needed with no funding provided to Caltrans.
