(a)                     Approve award of a construction contract for the 2018 Remove and Replace Asphalt Concrete Pavement Project - North, to the lowest responsive bidder, O’Grady Paving, Inc. in the amount of $3,635,307.50.

(b)                     Approve a 10% contingency in the amount of $363,530.75.
