Approve the Fourth Amendment to the Host International Inc. (“Host”) Food and Beverage Concession Agreement to extend the term of the agreement for six years, from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2026, add new concession locations, revise the percentage fee thresholds, revise the terms of the Minimum Annual Guarantee and add a capital investment to be made by Host of no less than $6,000,000.
