(a) Ordinance No. 30044 - An ordinance of the City of San José amending Chapters 3.28, 3.36, 3.57 and 3.58 of Title 3 of the San Jose Municipal Code to clarify the effective date of the election by employees out of the Defined Retiree Healthcare Benefit Plan to the Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association Plan. (b) Ordinance No. 30046 - An ordinance of the City of San José granting a commercial solid waste and recyclables collection franchise to Eco Box Recycling Inc. (c) Ordinance No. 30047 - An ordinance of the City of San José rezoning certain real property of an approximately 3.3-gross acre site located at the northeast corner of Mabury Road and Timothy Drive (967 Mabury Road), from the LI Light Industrial Zoning District to the HI Heavy Industrial Zoning District.
