Consideration of an ordinance of the City of San José rezoning a 0.2-acre portion of a larger 1.13-gross acre site, located at 1087 Meridian Avenue (northwest corner of Meridian Avenue and Willow Street) from CO Commercial Office Zoning District to CP Commercial Pedestrian Zoning District (Penco Association, Owner). CEQA: Determination of Consistency with the Final Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Envision San José 2040 General Plan (Resolution No. 76041) and the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (Resolution No. 77617), and Addenda thereto.
