Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:

(a)                     Execute a Purchase Order with Environmental Systems, Inc. (Santa Clara, CA) for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and repair services for HVAC Building Management Systems for an initial twelve-month period commencing on or about November 8, 2017, for an amount not-to-exceed $125,000; and

(b)                     Execute up to four additional one-year options to renew the Purchase Order, with the final option year ending on or about November 7, 2022, subject to the annual appropriation of funds.

CEQA: Not a Project, File No. PP17-003, Agreements/Contracts (New or Amended) resulting in no physical changes to the environment. (Finance)
