As recommended by the Community and Economic Development Committee on September 25, 2017, accept the report and adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an amendment to the Team San José contract to revise its performance measures and enhance its reporting requirements in accordance with the recommendations outlined in the memorandum to Council.
