Adopt a resolution:

(a)                     Approving the List of Projects eligible for San José’s 2017-2018 allocation of Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account funding, which was made available by the approval of Senate Bill No. 1, otherwise known as the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 (the “Act”); and

(b)                     Amending the 2017-2018 Adopted Capital Budget to add the approved List of Projects as set forth herein along with any additional information required to be included in the 2017-2018 Adopted Capital Budget in order to satisfy the project reporting requirements of the Act.
