Actions Related to San José Water Company.



(a)                     Accept staff report responding to questions laid out in Item (a) in the Clerk’s transmittal memo titled “Actions Related to San Jose Water Company” on August 31, 2017.

(b)                     Provide direction to staff on options for how the City can take a greater role in advocating to the California Public Utilities Commission on behalf of the City and customers of San Jose Water Company.
