Recommendation
As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on August 30, 2017, pursuant to the City’s streamlined bill process for responding quickly to legislative proposals, re-affirm a position of support for SB 595 (Beall), so that the City’s legislative representatives can continue to advocate the City’s support for SB 595 (Beall). CEQA: Not a Project, File No. PP17-010, City Organization & Administrative Activities resulting in no change to the physical environment. (Transportation)
