Consideration of an ordinance of the City of San Jose rezoning a 0.16-gross acre site, located on the northwest corner of Park Avenue and Gifford Avenue at 461 Park Avenue from the LI Light Industrial Zoning District to the DC Downtown Primary Commercial Zoning District on (Paul and Jane Yin, Et Al, Owner). CEQA: Determination of Consistency with the Final Program Environmental Impact Report for the Diridon Station Area Plan (Resolution No. 77096), the Final Program Environmental Impact Report for the Envision San José 2040 General Plan (Resolution No. 76041) and the Envision San Jose 2040 General Plan Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (Resolution 77617) and Addenda thereto.
