Conforming Rezoning for Real Property Located at 222 West Capitol Expressway.

 

Recommendation

Consideration of an ordinance of the City of San José rezoning a 0.97-gross acre site, located on the south side of West Capitol Expressway, approximately 140 feet westerly of Snell Avenue a (222 West Capitol Expressway) from the LI Light Industrial Zoning District to the CG Commercial General Zoning District (Demetrios J. Barrous, Owner). CEQA: Determination of Consistency with the Final Program EIR for the Envision San José 2040 General Plan (Resolution No. 76041) and the Envision San Jose 2040 General Plan Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (Resolution 77617) and Addenda thereto.
