(a) Adopt a resolution adopting the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the River Oaks Regional Stormwater Capture Project (File No. PP ER20-186) and the associated Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP), in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
(b) Accept the Planning Study Report for the River Oaks Regional Stormwater Capture Project.
