Adopt a resolution authorizing “Free Use” of the Janet Gray Hayes Rotunda, Council Chambers, Wing Conference Rooms, City Hall garage and Fourth Street garage for the private Youth Empowerment Summit to be held on Saturday, April 17, 2027, co-hosted by the Library and the Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services Departments.
