Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute an agreement between the City and HNTB Corporation for engineering consultant services for the US 101/Mabury-Berryessa-Oakland Corridor Improvements Project for a term from date of execution to December 31, 2025, with the City’s option to extend for up to two one-year extensions, for an amount not to exceed $7,500,000.
