As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on March 1, 2023:
(a) Authorize travel, accept travel payments to the City of San José, and designate Councilmember Davis as the City representative to attend the Reimagining the Civic Commons event in Macon, Georgia from April 10-13, 2023. (Source of Fund: The Guadalupe River Park Conservancy, a 501c3 nonprofit [airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation]).
(b) Request for excuse absences from the Regular meetings of City Council on April 11, 2023, the Rules and Open Government Committee on April 12, 2023, and the Neighborhood Services and Education Committee on April 13, 2023.
