Adopt a resolution approving, subject to conditions, a Planned Development Permit and Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity to allow the off-sale of beer, wine, and distilled alcoholic beverages (Type 21 license) at an approximately 1,053-square-foot tenant space (jewelry store) on an approximately 0.4-gross-acre site located at the southwesterly corner of East Santa Clara Street and South 24th Street (1130 East Santa Clara Street, APN 467-58-040).
