Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to:
(a) Negotiate and execute an amendment to the 2024 Northern California High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area/Northern California Regional Intelligence Center Agreement with the County of San Mateo to extend the agreement by six months from January 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026, and increase the compensation by $141,569, from $283,138 to $424,707; and
(b) Execute any grant agreements, amendments, and all related documents, including online certifications at time of award acceptance and reimbursement requests without further City Council action.
