1.  Adopt a resolution authorizing “Free Use” for the Silicon Valley Pride 50th Anniversary event held at the Janet Gray Hayes Rotunda on Friday, August 29, 2025.

2.  Approve the Silicon Valley Pride 50th Anniversary event on August 29, 2025 as a City Council Sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.

3.  Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.

4.  Place the item on the June 3, 2025 City Council Agenda for action.
