(1) Adopt a resolution designating 495-497 North 13th Street and 580-584 East Empire Street as a City Landmark of special historical, architectural, cultural, aesthetic, or engineering interest or value of a historic nature.
(2) Adopt a resolution approving the Historical Property (Mills Act) Contract for 495-497 North 13th Street and 580-584 East Empire Street between the City of San José and property owner Lawrence M. Camuso Trust.
