Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to negotiate and execute a grant agreement or award documentation and take all other actions necessary to accept the United States Environmental Protection Agency grant for the Smart Stormwater Compliance Program for the term of July 2026 through July 2031, in any amount awarded, but anticipated to be $3,160,000.
