Amendment to the Master Parking Rate Schedule for Downtown Parking Meter Rates and Hours. - DEFERRED TO 9/15/2026 PER ADMINISTRATION

Adopt a resolution setting forth the Master Parking Rate Schedule for municipal on and off-street parking facilities to:
(a) Authorize parking meter operating hours of 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday, except Sundays and holidays at meters located within the Downtown core;
(b) Authorize parking meter rates of $4 per hour at meters located within two blocks of a city parking garage; and
(c) Repeal Resolution No. RES2025-139.
