Actions Related to the Resilient Facilities Coalition Adoption and Proposition 4 Climate Bond Readiness.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to:
(a) Participate in and execute a Memorandum of Agreement establishing the Resilient Facilities Coalition;
(b) Apply for grant funding opportunities available under California Proposition 4, currently estimated to range from approximately $300,000 to $27,500,000 in aggregate; and
(c) Negotiate and execute all agreements and documents necessary to accept and implement such grant awards.
