Actions Related to the Memorandum of Understanding with the Bay Area Urban Areas Security Initiative.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to:
(a) Negotiate and execute an updated Memorandum of Understanding with the Bay Area Urban Areas Security Initiative; and
(b) Negotiate and execute amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding to extend the term of the Memorandum of Understanding up to four years, to make minor changes to governance, and ensure operational efficiencies.
