Adopt a resolution accepting the California Governor’s Office of Planning and Research Adaptation Planning Grant in the amount of $649,970; and authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to negotiate and execute the Grant Agreement and Partnership Agreement, any additional amendments and all related documents, without further City Council action.
