Approve the first amendment to the master consultant agreement with Wood Rodgers, Inc., for master planning consultant services for the City’s storm sewer system, extending the term of the agreement from June 30, 2027, to June 30, 2029, increasing the amount of compensation by $1,200,000 for a total agreement amount not to exceed $1,700,000, subject to the appropriation of funds, and updating the schedule of rates and charges in Exhibit B of the staff memorandum.
