Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to negotiate and execute the Second Amendment to the consultant agreement between the City and HNTB Corporation for engineering consultant services for the US 101 / Mabury-Berryessa-Oakland Corridor Improvement Project to increase the total not-to-exceed amount by $1,800,000, from $9,000,000 to $10,800,000, and extend the term of the agreement to December 31, 2028.
