Actions Related to the Purchase Order for Towable Diesel Dry Prime Pump Rental Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Execute a purchase order with Pac Machine Company (Sacramento, CA) for Towable Diesel Dry Prime Pump Rentals for a twelve-month period, starting on or about February 16, 2022 and ending on February15, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $134,000.
(b) Exercise up to four additional one-year options to extend the initial term of the purchase order with the last option year ending on or about February 15, 2027, subject to the appropriation of funds.
