Amendment to the Agreement with Granicus, LLC for a Web Content Management System.
...Recommendations
Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to:
(a) Negotiate and execute an amendment to the Agreement for a Web Content Management System with Granicus, LLC (Washington, DC) to add five additional one-year options to extend the Agreement through June 30, 2032, subject to the appropriation of funds; and
(b) Exercise up to five additional one-year options to extend the term of the Agreement ending on or about June 30, 2032, subject to the annual appropriation of funds.
