Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute the Sixth Amendment to the Agreement with Witt O’Brien’s LLC for consulting support to assist the City in strategic emergency management support in updating plans and protocols related to the City’s response to COVID-19 and to extend the Agreement from March 31, 2022 to March 31, 2023 with no increase in compensation.
