PP20-015 & ER20-265 - Amendment to the San José Citywide Design Standards and Guidelines. - TO BE HEARD AT 8:00 P.M.

Adopt a resolution:
(a) Approving new “San José Citywide Design Standards and Guidelines” to replace the existing Commercial (1990), Industrial (1992), and Residential (1997) Design Guidelines; and
(b) Delegating the authority to the Director of Planning, Building, and Code Enforcement to make minor clarifications, corrections, or technical changes to the text and diagrams of the San José Citywide Design Standards and Guidelines to be published on the Planning, Building, and Code Enforcement webpage.
CEQA: Determination of Consistency with the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Final Program Environmental Impact Report (FEIR), adopted through Resolution No. 76041, and Supplemental EIR Resolution No. 77617, adopted on December 15, 2015, and Addenda thereto.
