Actions Related to the Purchase Orders for Concrete Removal, Replacement, and Repair Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to:
(a) Execute purchase orders with Duran Construction Group, (San José, CA), Golden Bay Construction, Inc. (Hayward, CA), and J.J.R. Construction, Inc. (San Mateo, CA) for the purchase of concrete removal, replacement, and repair services beginning on or about September 1, 2026, and ending on or about August 31, 2027, for a not-to-exceed amount of $5,670,000, subject to the appropriation of funds;
(b) Approve a contingency of $570,000 for additional unanticipated concrete removal, replacement, and repair services, subject to the appropriation of funds; and
(c) Exercise up to six one-year options to extend the term of the purchase orders with the last option ending on or about August 31, 2033, subject to the appropriation of funds.
