Third Amendment to the Standard Consultant Agreement with CSG Advisors Incorporated for Consulting Services.
...Recommendations
(a) Adopt a resolution authorizing the Housing Director, or his designee, to negotiate and execute the Third Amendment to the Standard Consultant Agreement with CSG Advisors Incorporated to increase compensation by $1,000,000, for a total maximum compensation not to exceed $2,000,000, for housing finance and development advisory and housing policy consulting services, for the term ending June 30, 2027.
(b) Adopt the following 2026-2027 Appropriation Ordinance amendments in the Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund:
(1) Decrease the Unrestricted Ending Fund Balance by $1,000,000; and
(2) Increase the Non-Personal/Equipment appropriation to the Housing Department by $1,000,000.
