COVID-19 Pandemic Response and Community and Economic Recovery Budget Adjustments.
...Recommendations
(a) Accept the report on recommended adjustments to the City’s COVID-19 pandemic response and community and economic recovery budget.
(b) Approve the position additions for various City Departments in support of pandemic response and recovery efforts as described in Attachment B to the staff memorandum.
(c) Adopt 2021-2022 Appropriation Ordinance and Funding Sources Resolution amendments in the American Rescue Plan Fund, the Emergency Reserve Fund, and the General Fund as described in Attachment C to the staff memorandum.
