Approve an ordinance rezoning certain real property of an overall 605.1-gross-acre site situated on the east side of Harry Road, approximately 300 feet northeast of the Harry Road and Camden Avenue intersection from the A/PD Planned Development Zoning District to the (1) IP Industrial Park Zoning District on an approximately 35-gross-acre portion of the site, and (2) OS Open Space Zoning District on an approximately 570.1-gross-acre portion of the site.
