Actions Related to the Purchase Order with Bear Electrical Solutions, LLC for Fiber Optic Cable Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to:
(a) Execute a purchase order with Bear Electrical Solutions, LLC, (Alviso, CA), for the purchase of fiber optic cable services beginning on or about November 17, 2026, and ending on or about November 16, 2027, for a not-to-exceed amount of $700,000, subject to the appropriation of funds;
(b) Approve a contingency of $140,000 to address any unanticipated changes to fiber optic cable service needs, subject to the appropriation of funds; and
(c) Exercise up to six one-year options to extend the term of the purchase order with the last option ending on or about November 16, 2033, subject to the appropriation of funds.
