(a) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to negotiate and execute the Torch Relay Agreement between the City of San José and the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2028.
(b) Direct the Administration to bring forward an alternative proposal for City Council consideration to cover costs if fundraising efforts do not generate sufficient funds, including any necessary budget actions.
