Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to negotiate and execute master agreements with Kitchell/CEM, Inc. and Impact Cx for commissioning consulting services for various Citywide Capital Improvement Program projects from the date of execution to December 31, 2031, in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000 per agreement.
