(a) Report on bids and award of a contract for the construction of the 10628 - 2026 Local Streets Resurfacing South Pavement (Measure T) Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, MCK Services, Inc., in the amount of $5,563,345.51; and
(b) Approve a 10% contingency in the amount of $556,335.
