Actions Related to the Application for CalRecycle SB1383 Local Assistance Grant.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to:
(a) Submit an application to the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) for the SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant; and
(b) Negotiate and execute any grant and payment agreements and any other documents necessary with CalRecycle to accept and receive the SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant upon award.
