Approve the Master Consultant Agreements for Citywide sanitary and storm sewer flow monitoring services with the following firms:
(a) ADS Corp. from the date of execution to December 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 and
(b) V&A Consulting Engineers from the date of execution to December 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $750,000.
