Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to negotiate and execute a funding agreement with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority for the reimbursement of work for the 2010 Measure B Countywide Program Vehicle Registration Fee Grant for the San José Arterial Management - Adaptive Traffic Control System Deployment project, in an amount not to exceed $450,000, and to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the funding agreement.
