Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to negotiate and execute the Third Amendment to the Master Consulting Agreement with True North Research, Inc. to increase the compensation by $300,000 for a new maximum compensation not to exceed $1,250,000, and with no other changes to the agreement, subject to the appropriation of funds.
