(a) Adopt a resolution adopting the Addendum to the Environmental Impact Report for the San José-Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant Master Plan in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended, and a related Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program.
(b) Accept the report on bids and award of a construction contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Blocka Construction, Inc., in the amount of $11,248,000, for the 10501 - Regional Wastewater Facility HVAC Improvements Phase 1 Re-Bid Project.
(c) Approve a 15% contingency in the amount of $1,687,200.
